Introduction
VICKY DAMO BATANGAN, a 30-year-old married to a 35-year-old farmer and blessed to have 2 children ages 4 and 7 from Dingras, Ilocos Norte. She is the youngest child among her 3 siblings. Her 59-year-old mother is a simple housewife but her father already passed away. She finished and completed her secondary education at Lt. Edgar FO2 Memorial National High School and graduated year 2000. She had her maid employment experience in the Middle East and served an Arab family for 2 years. Currently she is focusing in taking care of her children and doing chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) This applicant claims to be dependable and responsible person. With her several years of experience in doing chores for her own home and with her previous working experience as well, she has knowledgeable in performing general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes and marketing. She is confident in taking care of infant and able to prepare milk, feed them soft food, bathe and change their clothes and diaper, sterilize baby utensils and checking their body temperature as well. She can also handle young children and capable in performing basic child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with them, giving them assistance for their homework and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is willing to look after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care when needed. As to her cooking skills, she can prepare Filipino food and interested to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes.
2) Dubai (Jan 2011- Feb 2013) served an Arab family living in a bungalow house with 3 young adult ages 20 to 24. There is another maid working for the family and they alternately doing general household duties such as doing the laundry, pressing clothes, keeping the house in order, maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing the dishes and other domestic duties as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also in-charge in doing carwash at least once a week. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
3) As she has working experience of more than 2 years overseas other than Singapore as she only needs to take the POEA processing in Philippines. She can be deployed faster than new as she will not undergo the one week in house training in Philippines. Recommended salary to be S$550.00
