Introduction
ROSENDA PARINAS PEREZ, a 34-year-old mother of 2 children ages 8 and 11 from Sison, Pangasinan. She is the fourth child among her 4 siblings. Her 62-year-old father works as a farmer while her 59-year-old mother is a vegetable vendor. She went to Makati High School in year 1997. She had her maid employment experience in the Singapore from 1999 and served two Chinese families for more than 2 years. Currently she is focusing in taking care of her children and doing household chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) As an experienced maid, she can be considered to be well-verse and proficient in doing general household chores such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, keeping the house in order, washing the dishes and marketing. As a mother of 2, she is confident in taking care of infant and able to prepare milk, feed them soft food, change clothes and diaper, sterilize baby utensils and checking their body temperature. She can also handle young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, preparing their school things and uniform, helping them with their studies and sending and fetching them to and from school. She has the ability in preparing Filipino and Chinese food and determined to learn more especially in cooking other foreign kinds of dishes if she will be given the chance.
2) Singapore (Feb - May 1999 � May 1999 - May 2001) worked for a Chinese family living in an HDB flat 2 children ages 13 and 15 and a female elderly. Her duties were more in doing daily housekeeping and attending the needs of the elderly. Then she was transferred to another Chinese family living in an HDB flat with 4 children ages 2 to 11. Same with her previous employment, she is responsible in cleaning the whole house, washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing, cooking and other errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in preparing the food of the children, bringing and fetching them to and from school and supervising their other needs as well. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
3) Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer�s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they don�t require training, only the POEA Training and processing for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas. Recommended salary is S$550.00
