MELANIE TUQUIB JALLORINA, a 29-year-old single from Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. She is the fourth child among her 3 siblings. Her parents already passed away. She accomplished her secondary education at Saint Jerome�s Academy year 2000 and afterwards she took a 2-year vocational course of Nursing Assistant and graduated at Saint Clair College year 2003. She previously worked as a Contractual Volunteer (nursing assistant) for 5 years in a hospital and a medical secretary for 4 years for 2 private companies. She had her maid employment experience in the Philippines in 1999-2003 and served 2 Filipino families for 9 years in total. Then she was selected to work in Singapore in 2012 served a Chinese Family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with 1 infant (10 months old). Currently, she is processing her documents to expedite her her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) This applicant claims to be a hardworking, honest and a trustworthy person. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered well-versed in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, and ironing. She is also capable in handling infant and looking after young children. She has skills in performing basic infant care duties like bathing, sterilizing utensils, preparing baby's food, feeding, changing of diaper, and knows how to check body temperature. Aside from that, she also has experienced taking care of her 52-year-old mother who suffered high blood. Then in her previous work she took care of a 72-year-old bedridden stroke patient. She was responsible in giving direct nursing and performing elderly/bedridden duties like preparing food, feeding, changing of clothes & diaper, monitoring daily medication and supervising her other needs. She also has knowledge in cooking simple dishes like Filipino food and willing to learn more.
2) Philippines (1994-1999 / 1999-2003) served a Filipino family living in a 3-bedroom 2-storey residential house with 7 adults. She was an all-around housemaid responsible in keeping the cleanliness of the whole house, washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing, cooking and others as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. The family migrated in Canada for good and then she was transferred to another Filipino family living in a 3-bedroom bungalow house with a 6-year-old child. Same with her previous employer, she is also in-charge in doing general household duties and child minding as well. She is accountable in looking after the child and giving attention for its basic needs. She went back home to her hometown due to family emergency.
3) Singapore (July 2012-Aug 2013 ) served a Chinese family living in an 3-bedroom HDB with 1 infant 10 months old. She works as an all around housemaid responsible for doing household chores such as cleaning and performing other general household chores that needed to be done daily. Her mainduty was to take care of the infant.
4) Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer�s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed in person upon request. Recommended salary is S$525.00.
Applicant Completed Medical ( FIT TO WORK ) and is now NCII Certified ready to Depart and awaiting selection by Singapore Employer to be schedule for OWWA Training then OEC ( Overseas Employment Contract ) then ready for deployment to Singapore.
