Introduction
MERIAM P. LACRO, a 31-year-old married to 38-year-old driver and also they were blessed of 2-young children ages 9 and 12-years-old from Iloilo City. She was the youngest among 9 siblings in the family. Her 71-year-old mother is a housewife and his father already passed away. She finished her secondary education at Duenas General High School year 1999. She previously work as a Photo copier staff for 1-year, sales lady for more than 1-year and . She had her maid employment experienced in the Philippines in 2002 � 2003 served a Filipino-Chinese Family living in a 2-storey house with 1 child. She was given an opportunity to work in Singapore last 2009 and worked with the family for over 4 years.
1.) The applicant claims to be a honest and hardworking person. As an experienced housemaid, she is expected to be well-versed in performing household duties like cleaning, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, dish washing and marketing. As a mother,she experienced taking care of her own children and capable in doing basic child care duties such as preparing their every meal, feeding changing the diapers and bathing, preparing their school things and meeting their other needs. She has experienced taking care of her 71-year-old mother who suffered from diabeties and disabled. She was responsible in giving direct nursing care such as bathing, feeding, changing diaper and giving medication and perform necessary duties that needed. During her employment, she learned how to take care of small pets and was responsible for feeding, bathing, and other pet grooming. Having been with a Chinese family for over 4 years, she is now more knowledgeable when it comes to preparing Chinese dishes, as well as comprehending Mandarin, but is still willing to learn more.
2.) Philippines (2002-2003) served a Filipino-Chinese family living in a 2-storey landed house with 4 other maids working with her. As the family only had 1 child and was looked after by another maid, her primary responsibility was to clean the house and keep the household in order. She did the laundry and looked after the garden. She was also responsible in looking after 2 small family dogs and took care of them. After serving the family for 2 years, she left her employment to look after her own children.
3.) Singapore (July 2009 - September 2013) serving a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB flat with 2 children ages 3 and 4, and a 73-year old elderly. Her primary responsibility was to look after the children by preparing them to school, bathing them and assisting them with school activities. When the kids are busy at school, she cleans the house, washes the laundry, irons the clothes and assists the elderly with other daily activities. She learned how to cook some Chinese dishes and also how to speak and comprehend a little bit of Mandarin. She also assists the children sometimes with school home works when the parents are not available and does other errands as instructed by family members. She finished her contract and was extended for another 2 years since the family still needs her service. She is looking for a new employment as her contract is finishing soon.

She can be deployed faster than the rest as they don�t require training, only the POEA Training and processing for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas. Recommended salary is S$550.00 and above
