Introduction
DARLENE MAGANTO NIEVARES, a 28-year-old married to a 32-year-old farmer and blessed to have a 10-year-old child from Banga, South Cotabato. She is the eldest child among her 3 siblings. Her 48-year-old is a simple housewife but her father already passed away. She finished and completed her secondary education at Notre Dame of Surala and graduated year 2002. She had her maid employment experience in the Philippines from 2005 and served four families for almost 6 years. Currently she is selling vegetables infront of their house while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) The applicant claims to be hardworking and trustworthy . As an experienced housemaid, she is capable of doing household chores such as cleaning, washing and ironing clothes, dish washing, marketing . As a mother, she is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their needs. She is confident in taking care of young children and she is capable in performing basic duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies, preparing their school things and uniform, sending and fetching the children to school. She is willing to look after mobile and bedridden elderly and prepared to be trained in performing its basic duties when needed. As to her cooking skills, she knows how to cook Filipino food and still keen to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes.
2) Philippines (2005 � 2006 / 2006 - 2007 / 2007 - 2008 / 2012 - 2013) Initially worked for a Filipino family living in a 2-storey residential house with a 7-year-old child and a 60-year-old elderly. There is another maid working for the family and they alternately doing chores for the family. She is responsible in taking care of the child and attending the needs of the elderly. She decided to go to other town after serving the family for 1 year. Then she served a Filipino-German family living in a 2-storey residential house with a 70-year-old elderly. There are 5 housemaids working for the family and she is mainly focused in taking care and assisting the needs of the elderly who suffered from stroke. She is liable for its daily feeding, bathing and giving its daily medication. She oftentimes do marketing and cleaning one room during her available time. Afterwards she worked for a new Filipino family living in a 2-bedroom apartment flat with an 8-month-old child. Her duties were more in doing daily cleaning, cooking and doing other chores that needed to be done daily. She is also responsible in taking care of the child and doing infant care such as preparing its milk, changing its clothes and diaper, feeding and bathing the child, and giving vitamins/medication if needed. She decided to go back to her hometown after serving the family for almost a year. Her last employer is another Filipino family living in a 2-bedroom bungalow house. Same with her previous employment, she is responsible in doing housekeeping, keeping the house in order, errands, washing the dishes, doing the laundry and pressing clothes, marketing, gardening, cooking and other chores when she is instructed by her employer and other family members.
3) With Maid Employment / experienced in Philippines. After selection to undergo in house Private training in Manila ( Accredited by TESDA ) for a whole week then Training and processing for POEA for deployment. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
Applicant Completed Medical ( FIT TO WORK ) and is now NCII Certified ready to Depart and awaiting selection by Singapore Employer to be schedule for OWWA Training then OEC ( Overseas Employment Contract ) then ready for deployment to Singapore. Applicant that can be deployed �MOST FASTEST� from the rest as she completed Medical and NCII ( OWWA and OEC can only be arrange provided she already have employer in Singapore ) Highly recommended for employer looking for FDW coming from Singapore for faster deployment.
