Introduction
JULIE ANN BIAGTAS MANUYAG, a 24-year-old married to a 26-year-old factory worker from Marikina City, Metro Manila also they were blessed with a 4 year old child. She is the youngest among her 2 siblings. Her 67-year-old father works as a laborer while her 66-year-old mother is a simple housewife. She finished her secondary education at Esperanza National High School school year 2004. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines from 2004 serving two Filipino families for 3 years. Currently she is working as a factory worker while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered efficient in doing household chores such as cleaning and maintaining the house in order, laundry and pressing the clothes, washing the dishes, marketing. She knows how to cook Filipino food and determined to learn to cook foreign dishes. She is familiar in handling infant and able to attend their daily needs. She is confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, preparing their school things and uniform, helping them with their and bringing and fetching them to and from school. She experienced taking care of elderly and open to be trained in giving them direct nursing care when necessary.
2) Philippines (2005 � 2006 / 2006 � 2007) worked for a Filipino family living in a 2-bedroom bungalow house with 3 young children ages 1, 5 and 7-years-old. Her duties were more in doing daily cleaning, cooking and other chores that needed to perform daily. She is also responsible in taking care of the children and attending to their needs. She served the family for 1 year. Then in 2006, she served another Filipino family living in a 3-bedroom bungalow house with 1 child aged 4 and a 65-year-old bedridden elderly female. Her main task is to look after the child and also worked as an all-around maid for the family and she is responsible in doing daily cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing, cooking and other house errands as instructed by her employer and other family member. Sometimes she also assist in taking care of the elderly in preparing her daily meal, giving her daily medication and assist in other needs or when instructed by her employer.
3) With Maid Employment / experienced in Philippines. After selection to undergo in house Private training in Manila ( Accredited by TESDA ) for two weeks then POEA seminar and processing of documents for employment.Recommended salary to be S$500.00
Applicant Completed Medical ( FIT TO WORK ) and is now NCII Certified ready to Depart and awaiting selection by Singapore Employer to be schedule for OWWA Training then OEC ( Overseas Employment Contract ) then ready for deployment to Singapore. Applicant that can be deployed �MOST FASTEST� from the rest as she completed Medical and NCII ( OWWA and OEC can only be arrange provided she already have employer in Singapore ) Highly recommended for employer looking for FDW coming from Singapore for faster deployment.
