Introduction
EMMA LOU RIVERA VENTURA, a 30-year-old married to a 29-year-old truck driver and blessed of a 3-year-old young child from San FernandO, La Union. She is the youngest child among her 2-brothers. His 60-year-old father work as a jeepney driver while her 60-year-old mother is a housewife. She accomplished her secondary education at La Union National High School year 2005, afterwards she pursue her tertiary taking-up Bachelor of Secondary Educationgraduated year 2005. She previously worked as a sales lady for 4-months and Service Crew for 6-months. She had her maid employment experience in Overseas from 2007 and served a Taiwanese family for less than 2 years. She was also selected to work in Singapore from 2009 and served a Chinese family for a few months. Currently she is taking care of her children and doing chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) The applicant claims to be a hardworking, patience, and a trustworthy person. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered well-versed in doing household chores such as washing clothes, dish washing, ironing, marketing and keeping the house in order. As a mother, she is expected to be familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their daily needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, tutoring and bringing and fetching them to and from school. She experienced taking care of her 73-year-old grandmother who suffered from stroke for 3-years. She was responsible in giving direct nursing care such as bathing, feeding, changing diaper and giving medication and perform necessary duties that needed. As to her cooking skills, she has knowledge in preparing Filipino food and willing to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes.
2) Taiwanese (January 2007 � December 2008) served a Taiwanese family living in a 2-bedrooms condominium with 3-year-old young child. She worked as an all-around maid for the family and she is mainly responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the dishes, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs.
3) Singapore (April 2009 - June 2009) she worked for a Chinese family living in a 2-bedrooms condominium with two young children ages 5 and 7-year-old. She is in-charge in keeping the house clean, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes, cooking, marketing and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer. She is also accountable in taking care of the child and attending its other needs.
4) Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer�s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they don�t require training, only the POEA Training and processing for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas. Recommended salary is S$500.00
