Introduction
MARY GRACE VILLAN OMBID, a 30-year-old mother of 3 children ages 1 to 11 from Antipolo, Rizal. She is the youngest child among her 8 siblings. Her 74-year-old mother is a simple housekeeper but her father already passed away. She accomplished her secondary education at Malonoy National High School and graduated year 1999, afterwards she took a degree in Industrial Education at Panay State Polytechnic College but she didn�t manage to continue due to financial difficulties. She previously worked as a sales representative for 6 months. Currently she is focusing in taking care of her children ages doing errands for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) This applicant claims to be a hardworking, dependable and a trustworthy person. As an experienced housemaid, she is capable of doing general household chores such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing the dishes, maintaining the cleanliness of the whole house and marketing. She has knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino food and still keen to learn more especially in cooking other foreign kinds of dishes if she will be given the chance. As a mother of 3, she is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their other needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, giving their medication/vitamins when necessary, preparing their school things and uniform, giving assistance for their homework and studies and sending and fetching the children to and from school. Aside from these duties, she is can operate some electronic machineries, can do basic gardening and car washing as well. She is eager to work in other country mainly for the reason that she wanted to have a secured savings for her children�s future.
2) Though no formal experience as maid in Philippines she considers herself experience as she does all the housework such as cleaning the house laundry, cooking and others in their household. She also experienced caring her children, younger brother & sister, nieces and nephews, neighbor�s children and cooks for the family. Upon confirmation she will undergo intensive in house training in an accredited center in Manila and POEA training and processing prior to deployment to Singapore prior. Recommended salary S$500.00.
