Introduction
REMEDIOS FOD-AR DELOS REYES, a 30-year-old married to a 27-year-old farmer and blessed to have a 2-year-old child from Tabuk, Kalinga Province. She is the second child among her 3 siblings. Her 58-year-old father works as a farmer while her 62-year-old mother is a simple housewife. She finished and completed her secondary education at Saint William�s Bulanao and graduated year 2000 and afterwards took a degree in Criminology at Kalinga College of Science and Technology and graduated year 2006. She previously worked as a service crew in a burger shop from 2008 until 2009. She had her maid employment experience in the Philippines from 2006 and served a Chinese family for 2 years and then she was also selected to work in Singapore from 2012 and serve 3-employers a Viatnamese and 2-Chinese Families. Currenty she serving a British-Filipino Family living in Condominium with 2-young children ages 10 and 11-years-old.
1) An applicant who claims to be determined and is capable of doing domestic duties and will do her best in order to satisfy her employer's expectations towards work. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered proficient in doing basic household chores such as cleaning, pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing the dishes and marketing. As to her cooking skills, she has the ability in preparing Filipino and simple Chinese dishes and determined to learn more especially in cooking other foreign kinds of dishes. She is capable in handling infants and able to do its basic care duties such as preparing milk, feeding soft food, bathing, changing its clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and attending for their other needs. She is also knowledgeable in taking care of young children and capable in feeding, bathing, preparing their school things and uniform, playing with the children and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is also willing to look after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care when needed.
2) Philippines (2006 � 2008) served a Chinese family living in a 2-bedroom bungalow house with a 2-year-old child. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs. She decided to look for other job after serving the family for 2 years.
3) Singapore (Jun 2012 - August 2012 / August 2012 - March 2013 / March 2013 � present) worked for a Vietnamese family living in a 3-bedroom condominium flat with a 3-month-old child. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the child and performing basic infant care such as feeding milk, bathing, changing its clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and assisting for its other needs. On August 2012 she is worked for another Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB flat. She is focused in taking care of the 60-year-old elderly who has cancer. She is accountable with its daily feeding through nasal tube, giving its daily medication and supervising for its other needs. She is also responsible in doing domestic duties such as cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing, cooking simple Chinese dishes and other chores as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. As the elderly already passed away, she was transferred to served a British-Filipino Family living in a Condominium with 2-young children 10 and 11-years-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the young children.
