Introduction
CRISTINA BUENAVENTURA CLAVEL, a 39-year-old mother of 2-young teens ages 15 and 17 . She is the second child among her 3 siblings. Her 65-year-old father work as a driver while her 60-year-old mother work as a OFW. She finished secondary education in Dagupan National High School year 1990. She managed to reach college and took up Bachelor of Elementary Education but due to some circumtances she didn't finish the course. She previously worked as a saleslady for 1-year. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines served Filipino family for a couple of months from 1990 and was selected to work in Singapore from 2004 served 5-employers a 2-Chinese, Indian, Taiwanese and currently working for a Malay-Chinese family living in an Condominium with 2 children.
1) This applicant claims to be a hardworking and an honest person especially in work. As an experienced housemaid, she is capable of performing household chores well such as cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, and ironing. As a mother of 2, she is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing basic child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with them, preparing their school things and uniform, helping them with their homework and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is also willing to look after mobile elderly and open with the opportunity in giving them direct nursing care when necessary. As to cooking, she is able to cook Filipino, Simple Malay, Indian, Chinese and Western dishes and still willing to learn more on other foreign dishes.
2) Philippines (1990) served a Filipino family living in a 2-bedroom condominium with newborn baby. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She do the basic infant care , bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottle.
2) Singapore (June 2004-June 2006 / June 2006 - March 2007 / March 2007 - January 2008 / April 2008 - April 2009 / April 2009 - present) worked for a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with a 2-young children ages 2 and 4-year-old. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs. On June 2006, she was transferred to serve a Indian family fliving in a 3-bedrooms Condominium with 2-young adults ages 17 and 22-years-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the young adults. On march 2007, she sered again a Chinese family living in a 3-bedrooms Condominium with 1-year-old infant and 6-year-old young child. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and she is also accountable in taking care of the child and performing basic infant care such as feeding milk, bathing, changing its clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and assisting for its other needs for children. On April 2008 she is worked for another Taiwanese family living in a 3-bedroom Condominium with 3-young children ages 2, 4 and 6-year-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the young children. When her last employer migrate in taiwan, she was transferred to served a Malay-Chinese Family living in a 3-bedrooms Condominium with 2-young children 4 and 5-years-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the young children.
