Introduction
GEORDELLE MARAVILLA SALANATIN, a 35-year-old married to a 35-year-old construction worker and blessed to have 2 children ages 6 to 16 from Granada, Bacolod City. She is the tenth child among her 10 siblings. Her both parents are already deceased. She accomplished her secondary education at Emiliano Lizares National High School year 1995, afterwards she pursue her college taking-up Bachelor of Education but didn't finish the course due to some financial problem. She previously worked as a promodizer for 7-years and part-time tutor for 3-years . She had her maid employment experience in Middle East from 2011 and served a Kuwaiti family for 2 years. Currently she is taking care of her children and doing chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) This applicant claims to be a hardworking and a trustworthy person. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered well-versed in doing household chores such as washing clothes, dish washing, ironing, marketing and keeping the house in order. As a mother, she is expected to be familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their daily needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, tutoring and bringing and fetching them to and from school. She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs. As to her cooking skills, she has knowledge in preparing Filipino food and Simple Arabic foods but willing to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes.
2) Kuwait (2011-2013) served a Kuwaiti family living in a 2-bedrooms Apartment with 2-young child ages 3 and 6-year-old, also with 2-couple elderly ages 60 and 64-year-old. She worked as an all-around maid for the family and she is mainly responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the dishes, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the child and attending its other needs. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
3) As she has working experience of 2 years overseas other than Singapore as she only needs to take the POEA processing in Philippines. She can be deployed faster than new as she will not undergo the one week in house training in Philippines. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
