Introduction
JADE ORO LACSAO, a 33-year-old married to a 52-year-old retired army and blessed to have 2 children ages 7 to 8 from Duenas, Iloilo City. She is the eldest child among her 4 siblings. His 64-year-old father is a retired army while her 54-year-old mother work as a teacher. She accomplished her secondary education at Filimar Christian College year 1996, afterwards she pursue her Vocational 2-years course taking-up Computer Science graduated 2001 . She previously worked as a Secreatary for 1-year. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines from 2002 served Filipino family and in Middle East from 2008 and served a Muslim family. Currently she is taking care of her children and doing chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) This applicant claims to be a hardworking and a trustworthy person. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered well-versed in doing household chores such as washing clothes, dish washing, ironing, marketing and keeping the house in order. As a mother, she is expected to be familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their daily needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, tutoring and bringing and fetching them to and from school. She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs. As to her cooking skills, she has knowledge in preparing Filipino food and Simple Arabic foods but willing to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes.
2) Philippines (2002-2003) served a Filipino family living in a 3-bungalow Bungalow House. She worked as an all-around housemaid for the family and she is responsible in doing daily cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes, dish washing, marketing, cooking and others as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member.
2) UAE (2008-2009) served a Muslim family living in a 6-bedrooms 3-storey house with 3-childrens ages 10, 15 and 18 and a 80-year-old female elder. The employer hired 4-housemaid including her. She worked as an all-around maid for the family and she is mainly responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the dishes, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member, also she do assist the sometimes the childrens needs. She is also assisting the 80-year-old female elderly who has a condition of alzheimer and stll mobiled. She was responsible in giving direct nursing care such as bathing, feeding and giving medication and perform necessary duties that needed.
3) As she has working experience of 2 years overseas other than Singapore as she only needs to take the POEA processing in Philippines. She can be deployed faster than new as she will not undergo the one week in house training in Philippines. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
