Introduction
JOVELYN SAGARINO SABADO, a 28-year-old married to a 34-year-old construction worker and blessed to have 3 children ages 3, 9 and 12 from San Carlos City, Pangasinan. She is the eldest child among her 6 siblings. Her 52-year-old father works as a vendor of a handicrafts product . She completed and graduated secondary education at Pangalangan National High School year 2001. She previously worked as a sales lady in a ready-to-wear clothes shop from 2003 until 2004 and also worked as a marketing staff for 6 months. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines from 2008 and served a Filipino family with 2 children for almost a year, also she had her maid experience in Singapore served . Currently she is focused in taking care of her children and performing basic household duties for their family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered proficient and flexible in performing household chores such as cleaning, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes and marketing. She is also capable of looking after young children, able to give assistance for their homework, sending and fetching them to and from school and attending to their other needs. As a mother of 3, she is confident in doing infant care and its basic duties such as preparing its milk and soft food, feeding, bathing, changing of clothes and diaper and sterilizing baby utensils. She also has experience looking after her 84-year-old father-in-law who has Alzheimer�s disease and she is accountable in assisting and giving further assistance for his needs. She also has skills in cooking Filipino food and willing to learn more in cooking other foreign dishes for her improvement.
2) Philippines (2008 � 2009) served a Filipino family living in a apartment house with 2 children ages 2 and 7. She worked as an all-around housemaid for the family and she is responsible in doing daily cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes, dish washing, marketing, cooking and others as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in sending and fetching the children to and from school.
3) Singapore (September 2012 - Novemeber 2013) Initially worked for a Indian family living in a 3-bedroom HDB flat with 8-months-old. She is in-charge in keeping the house clean, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes, sometimes cooking, and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer.
