Introduction
VERGIE LUCAS OLOROSO, a 2429-year-old married to a 31-year-old farmer and they are blessed of three children ages 2, 4 and 6-years-old also they are residing at Sapian, Capiz. She is the 10 child among her 13 siblings. Her 72-year-old father works as a farmer while her 69-year-old mother is a plain housewife. She finished and completed her secondary education at Sapian National High School and graduated year 2001, afterwards she took up Bachelor of arts at University of Capiz graduated year 2006. She previously worked as Laundry girl for 1-year and Promo diser for 6-months. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines from 2005 and served a Filipino family. Currently she is taking care of her children and doing chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) The applicant claims to be hardworking and a trustworthy person. As a mother, she is confident in taking care of infant and able to attend their basic needs such as preparing milk, bathing, changing their clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and checking their body temperature. She can also handle young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, preparing their school things, helping them with their homework and sending and fetching them to and from school. She experienced taking care of her 62-year-old girl employer who is stroke person and she was responsible in giving direct nursing care such as bathing, feeding, changing diaper and giving medication and perform necessary duties that needed. Based on her several years in doing chores for her family, she can be considered to be well-verse and proficient in performing general housekeeping duties such as washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing and maintaining the tidiness of the house. She has also knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino food and still eager to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes if she will be given the chance.
2) Philippines (2005 - 2006) served for a Filipino family living in a 3-bedrooms 2-storey house with a two children ages 2 and 4-years-old also with two elderly person ages 62 and 69. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the elder and attending its daily needs needs as well. She served the family for 1-year.
3) With Maid Employment / experienced in Philippines. After selection to undergo in house Private training in Manila ( Accredited by TESDA ) for a whole week then Training and processing for POEA for deployment.Recommended salary to be S$500.00
