Introduction
MARISSA ONGCA LIGUID, a 35-year-old married to a 36-year-old driver and they are blessed of 3-childdren ages 3, 5 and 8-year residing at Inunangan, Southern Leyte. She is the fourth child among her 6 siblings. Her 68-year-old father works as a farmer while her 65-year-old mother is a housewife. She finished and completed her secondary education Balocawehay National High School and graduated year 1998, afterwards she took-up vocational course of Hotel Restaurant Management for 1-year. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines from 2012 and served 2- Filipino families. Currently she is working as housemaid while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) This applicant claims to be honest and a hardworking person. As a mother, she is confident in taking care of infant and able to assist their daily needs such as preparing milk, feeding baby food, bathing them, changing their clothes and diaper and sterilizing baby utensils. She is also competent in handling young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, preparing their school things and uniform, helping them with their homework and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is willing to look after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care when needed. She can consider to be well-versed in doing general household chores such as washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing and keeping the whole house clean. She has knowledge in preparing Filipino food and determined to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
2) Oman ( May 2007 � April 2009) served a Arab family living in a 2-storey residential house with a 4-children ages newborn, 6, 8 and 10-year-old. She worked as an all-around maid for the family and she is mainly responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the dishes, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She do the basic infant care , bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottle and she also assist sometimes the childrens needs. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
3) Philippines (2012 - 2013 / November 2013 - Present ) served for a Filipino family living in a Condominium with a 4-children ages 2-months old baby, 2, 5 and 7-year-old. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the child and attending its other needs.Currently she is serving a Filipino family living in a Condominium with 2-children ages 9-months-old baby and 4-year-old young child. Like her preious employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the clealiness of th house, cooking and taking care of the needs of children.
4) As she has working experience of 2 years overseas other than Singapore as she only needs to take the POEA processing in Philippines. She can be deployed faster than new as she will not undergo the one week in house training in Philippines. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
