Introduction
MARIVIC N. GAMAYOT, a 31-year-old married to a 43-year-old laborer and they are blessed of two children ages 1 and 5-years-old from Quezon, Province. She is the eldest child among her 6 siblings. Her 52-year-old father worked as a carpenter while her 51-year-old mother is a plain housewife. She finished and completed her secondary education at Valencia National High School and graduated year 1999. She previously worked as Sales lady for 3-years. She had her maid employment experienced in Philippines from 2001 and served a Indian family. Currently she is taking care of her children and doing chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) The applicant claims to be honest and a trustworthy person. As a mother, she is confident in taking care of infant and able to attend their basic needs such as preparing milk, bathing, changing their clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and checking their body temperature. She can also handle young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, preparing their school things, helping them with their homework and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is also willing to look after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care as required. Based on her several years in doing chores for her family, she can be considered to be well-verse and proficient in performing general housekeeping duties such as washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing and maintaining the tidiness of the house. She has also knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino food and still eager to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes if she will be given the chance.
2) Philippines (2001 - 2002) served a Indian family living in a 2-bedroom 2-storey house with a two children ages 9 and 12-years-old. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs.
3) With Maid Employment / experienced in Philippines. After selection to undergo in house Private training in Manila ( Accredited by TESDA ) for a whole week then Training and processing for POEA for deployment.Recommended salary to be S$500.00
