Introduction
JENETTE FULGENCIO LUBASAN � is a 29-year old single mother of a 6-year old girl. She is the 3rd eldest among her siblings, with 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Her mother is a housewife and her father already passed away. She graduated high school from Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. She worked as production operator for three years, 2 years in Pilipinas Kyohritsu Inc. and 1 year in Nidec Precision Philippines Corp. Her duties as production operator include assembling the wires of Nissan cars and operating the machines that manufacture hard disc drives. Another working experience is working as production crew in Monde Nissin Corp. wherein she is in charge of recovering the ingredients of noodles. She had her maid employment in the Philippines from 2000 served Filipino Family and also she was gien a chance to work in Singapore from 2011 served 2-Chinese Families. Currently she was working in a Chinese Family living in a HDB with 3-children ages 9, 14 and 16-year-old child.
1) She is a person whom an employer can depend on, a patient and industrious applicant whose motivation to work in Singapore is to give her daughter a brighter future. She is familiar with all the household chores and being a mother, she is also well versed of the duties in caring for an infant like changing the diapers, checking the temperature, preparing the food and bathing. Her experience as maid in the Philippines made her confident that she can be a good household worker and is positive that she will be able to meet the standards of her future employers. She knows how to cooks simple food and asserts that she can easily learn new dishes and can follow recipes.
2) Philippines (2000 � 2004) She served a Chinese family who lives in a condominium. Her initial responsibility is to do the housework such as tidying the rooms, wash the clothes and iron it as well, cleaning the figurines and cook for the family if the cook is on her day-off. Later on, she was also assigned to look after the elderly member of the family who is already 83 years old. She prepares her food and accompanies her when she wants to stroll outside their house. She also makes sure that her needs are well provided
3) Singapore (April 2011- October 2011 / October 2011 - present) work for a Chinese familyliving in a HDB with a 2-year-old child. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs. Currently she working a Chinese Familiy living in a HDB with 3-children ages 9, 14 adn 16-year-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the children.
