Joanne seems a mature and responsible person. She shows stability during interview. She has been a tutor for elementary level and is a college graduate in Commerce. She is working in spore to help support her family as well as her own future as she is still single.

Although she is single, she has experience in taking care of younger sister's children since newborn. She knows the general responsibilities of taking care of newborns like preparing their milk, sterilizing their bottle, giving them a bath etc.

She has 2 grandmothers from both her mother and father's side. She took care of both grandmothers who are 71 and 66 years old. Her grandmother of 66 years od is bedridden. She gives her a bath, change diapers, preparing food and administering medicine.

She is flexible to take on any job - children, newborn or caregiver. According to her, a good helper must be loyal and loving her work. She has ready passport and can come to Singapore within 6 weeks upon IPA approval
