Introduction
ZENDY CABIGON KWONG a 37-year-old married to a 41-year-old teacher and they are blessed of 4-children ages 9, 15, 16 and 18-year-old from Cagayan De Oro. She is the eldest child among her 6 siblings. Her 68-year-old father work as a driver while her 66-year-old mother is a retired factory worker. She finished secondary education at Saint Mary Academy year 1992, afterwards she pursue her college degree took-up AB Mass Communication but didn�t manage to continue due to some circumstances. She previously worked as a Call-Center Agent for 3-years. She had her maid employment experience in Middle East at Dubai year 1998 served Gerrman Family for 2-years and also in Overseas at Hong-kong served Chinese Family for 2year. She also was given a chance to work in Singapore from 2010 served 5-employers a 2-chinese, Chinese-Malay, Malay-Australian and Australian Families. Currently she is taking care of her children and doing household chores while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) With her years of experience as a helper, she can be expected to be proficient in doing household chores such as washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes, marketing and cleaning the house. She has knowledge in preparing Filipino, Chinese and Western dishes but still she is eager to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes. She is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, organizing their school things, playing with the children, tutoring and sending and fetching the to and from school. She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
2) Dubai (1998-2001) served a German family living in a 2-storey residential house with 3-children ages newborn, 5 and 7-year-old. She worked as an all-around maid for the family and she is mainly responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the dishes, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She do the basic infant care , bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottle. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
3) Hong Kong (2008-2010) served a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom apartment flat with newborn. She worked as a full-time helper for the family and she is mainly responsible in doing pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing the dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She do the basic infant care , bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottle. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending their basic needs. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
4) Singapore (July 2010-August 2010 / August 2010 - October 2011 / October 2011 -March 2013 / March 2013 - August 2013 / September 2013 - December 2013 ) worked for a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with a 1-year-old infant and a 55-year-old elder. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She do the basic infant care , bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottle. On August 2010 she served again a Chinese-Malay Family living in a 3-storey house with 3-children ages 9, 12 and 16. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the children. On October 2010 she is served a Chinese family living in a Condominium with 3-children ages 2, 3 and 9-years-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the children. Then on March 2013 she served a Malay-Australian family living in a 3-storey house with 2-year-old. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and taking care of the needs of the young children. On September 2013 she served a Australian Family living in a Condominium with 1-year-old infant. Like her previous employer she was an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking, taking care of the pet and taking care of the needs of the young children.
