Manolita is 44 years old, married with 4 children, Catholic, Filipino.

2000-2014: She is finishing her 14 years contract with a Chinese family living in a condo. Her household duties include grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, ironing and general housekeeping.

Her employer has given her a good reference and stated that "Manolita has been working for me for the last 14 years since she first arrived to Singapore. Throughout the years of her service, she has proven to be a reliable and dependable domestic helper. I trusted her with grocery shopping, at the nearby wet market and let her took the initiative to decide what to cook and prepare for dinners without specific instructions. She has taken care of my 2nd daughter from birth till now that she is in secondary one. My observation is that she can handle babies/young kids well due to her personal inclination and experience being a mother of 4. At personal level, she speak reasonably good English, well tempered and understand the local environment very well since she has been in Singapore for quite some time. I do not expect her to have any issue adjusting to a different environment. It is only because both my daughters have already grown up to be a young adult and teenager respectively that I think it is an opportune time for her to explore a working for a different family."
