Introduction
JATTY DUFALE BISQUERA, 31 year old mother of a 3 year old daughter from Pilar, Abra. She is the third child among her 4 siblings. Her 65 year old father is a farmer while her 53 year old mother is a housewife. She finished her secondary education at Pilar Rural High School year 2002. She previously worked as a trimmer in a garment factory for 6 months, Janistress for 1-year and Service Crew for 1-year. She had her maid employment experience in the Philippines from 2003 to 2004 served a Chinese Family, Oman June 2005 to August 2006 served a Omani family, Qatar from June 2008 to April 2010 served Qatari Family. Then she was given a chance to work in Singapore from November 2012 to January 2014 served Chinese Family. Currently, she takes care her child while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) With her years of experience as a helper, she can be expected to be efficient in doing household chores such as cleaning the house, washing and ironing of clothes, doing the dishes and marketing. She has knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino, Chinese, Indian and Western dishes but still willing to learn how to cook foreign dishes. As a mother, she is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as preparing their daily meal, organizing their school things and uniform, playing with them, helping them with their homework , sending and fetching them to school. She is also willing to look after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care when needed.
2) Philippines (2003 � 2004) served a Chinese family living in a 2-storey house with four children. Her employer hired 3-maids including her and she is working as a full-time housemaid for the family and she is responsible in doing daily cleaning, washing and ironing of their clothes, washing the dishes, marketing, occasionally cooking Indian dishes and other household chores as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and giving them enough attention for their daily needs.
3) Oman (June 2005 � August 2006) worked for an Omani family living in a 3-bedroom bungalow house with a 5 year old child. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing household duties such as cleaning the whole house, laundry and pressing clothes, washing dishes, cooking, marketing and other household chores as instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also responsible in taking care of the child and giving enough attention for the daily needs.
4) Qatar (June 2008 � Apr 2010) served a Qatari family living in a 4-bedroom bungalow house with three children ages 7, 6 and 4, also a 5 month old baby. Her employer hired 2-maids including her and she is focus on attending the needs of the infant such us bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottles. There is another maid working for the family who�s responsible in doing chores while she is accountable in taking care of the children especially infant. She is also responsible of taking care of children going child care duties such us playing with the children, tutoring, sending and fetching them to school. She served the family for 2 years and finish the contract.
5) Singapore (November 2012 - January 2014) she worked for a Chinese family living in a HDB with 5 month old baby. She is in-charge in keeping the house clean, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes, cooking, marketing and other household chores as instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also responsible of taking care infant doing basic care such us bathing, change clothe and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottles.
6) Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer�s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as she will undergo training for 3 days only, Owwa seminar and POEA processing of employment documents for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas. Recommended salary is S$500.00.
