Introduction
JEANETTE FULGENCIO LUBASAN, a 29 year old mother of a 6 year old daughter from Victoria, Occidental Mindoro. She is the third child among her 5 siblings. Her 51 year old mother is a housewife and her father already passed aeay. She finished her secondary education at Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology year 2000. She previously worked as Production Operator for 5-years. She had her maid employment experience in Philippines from April 2000 - December 2004 served a Filipino-Chinese Family. Then she was given a chance to work in Singapore from April 2011 to January 2014 and served a two Chinese families. Currently, she takes care of her child and doing household chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) As an experienced maid, she can be considered to be well-versed and efficient in doing general household chores such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes and marketing. As a mother, she is familiar in handling infant and able to assist its daily needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing its basic duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, organizing their school things, helping then with their school works and sending and fetching them to and from school. She experience taking care of her late father who suffered from lung cancer. She is responsible such as feeding, bathing, change clothes, also she is the one who administer the medicines. As to her cooking skills, she can prepare and cook Filipino and Chinese food, also determined to learn more in cooking other foreign dishes. Aside from these duties, she is also willing to do basic gardening and able to wash cars as well.
2) Philippines (April 2000 - December 2004) served a Filipino-Chinese family living in a 6-bedroom Condominium with a 12 year old girl and 68 year old female elder. She was an all-around maid, responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing of clothes, marketing, cooking, and other house errands as instructed by her employer and other family members. She is also responsible in taking care of the child and attending its daily needs as well. She served the family for 4-years.
3) Singapore (April 2011 � September 2011 / October 2011 - January 2014) served a Chinese family living in a 2-bedroom HDB with a 2 year old boy. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing household duties such as cleaning the whole house, laundry and pressing clothes, washing dishes, cooking, marketing, care of pets and other household chores as instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also responsible in taking care of the child and giving enough attention for the daily needs. On October 2011, she served a Chinese Family living in a 3-bedrooms HDB with three children ages 16 a girl, 14 and 9 both boys. Like in her previous employer she is an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and other household tasks that needed to be done daily. She is also responsible in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs as well. She served the family for 2-years and finish her contract.
4) Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer�s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as she will undergo training for 3 days only, Owwa seminar and POEA processing of employment documents for Filipino Household Service worker for Overseas. Recommended salary is S$550.00 and above.
